A unique event happened in our Library in 1993. We opened a Playroom for unimpaired and handicapped children to all kids without exemptions. And how different it is comparing to other playrooms? It has barrier free access, there is plenty of games there, as well as videos and books, finger alphabet, wooden toys, environmental activities, but foremost of anything – is it reserved for undertakings for the handicapped children.
